2024 RATES

(all rates quoted in Canadian funds)

- Payments not received in advance can be paid by cash, Visa or   Mastercard upon arrival. A 3% service charge will apply to all     credit card transactions. Canadian E-Transfers are welcome.

- Payments can be made in American or Canadian funds by cheque or bank draft if we receive it one month prior to check in. American guests should contact us prior to sending payment to confirm current exchange rate. 

- Pets must be approved prior to check in. There is a $10.00 per day pet fee. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times and clean up after them. Do not leave pets unattended in or outside the rental unit. Someone must be with the pet at all times. Excessive barking will not be tolerated so please keep your pet under control. Aggressive pets are not welcome. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the guest.

- Age required to rent a cabin is 25 years and the person who books the cabin must stay at the cabin the entire rental period.

 

 

Cabin & Boat Rentals

- Prices do not include tax. (Add 13% HST)

- Prices include shuttle service to and from the Island or free         docking for personal boats.

- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am.

 

Cabin Rentals

 

CABIN #4 - #5 UPPER DECK

Cabin #4 - 2 single beds (1 to 2 persons)

- $675.00 per week (plus tax)

- Add adjoining cabin #5 for up to 5 more people for $250.00 per   adult or $125.00 per child per week. (6 to 13 years old )

- Minimum charge of $250.00 to add cabin #5. 

- 5 and under are free

 

CABIN #6 - #7 LOWER DECK

Cabin #6 - 2 single beds (1 to 2 persons)

- $675.00 per week (plus tax)

- Add adjoining cabin #7 for up to 5 more people for $250.00 per   adult or $125.00 per child per week. (6 to 13 years old)

- Minimum charge of $250.00 to add cabin #7 

- 5 and under are free

 

SINGLE PRIVATE CABIN

Cabin #8 - 1 double bed (1 to 2 persons)

- $750.00 per week (plus tax)

 

 

DUPLEX CABIN

Cabin #9 - 1 double bed and 3 single beds

- $925.00 per week (plus tax)

 

DUPLEX CABIN

 

Cabin #10 - 1 double bed and 3 single beds

- $925.00 per week (plus tax)

 

TRIPLEX CABIN (one room cabins with 3 piece washrooms)

 

Cabin #11 - 2 single beds (1 to 2 persons)

- $595.00 per week (plus tax)

 

Cabin #12 - 2 single beds (1 to 2 persons) Used for overflow room.

- $475.00 per week (plus tax)

 

Cabin #13 - 1 double bed and 1 single bed (1 to 2 persons)

- $625.00 per week (plus tax)

 

BOAT RENTAL 

14 ' Lund aluminum boat 

- 15 HP Mercury 4 stroke outboard motor, manual start. 

- suitable for 1 to 3 people.

- $75.00 per day (plus tax) (gas not included)

- $300.00 per week (plus tax) (gas not included)

 

16' Lund aluminum boat

- 20 HP Mercury 4 stroke outboard motor, electric start. 

- suitable for 1 to 4 people.

- $85.00 per day (plus tax) (gas not included)

- $395.00 per week (plus tax) (gas not included)
