- The Island has 1 main Lodge and 8 cabins suitable for singles and or families. (None of our cabins have air-​   conditioning). We do provide fans.

- There is no smoking allowed in any Cabins.

- Our beds have mattresses, linens and 2 pillows per guest, however there is no housekeeping service. Please bring     your own towels and toiletries. 

- The cabins are equipped with 3 piece washroom (shower, basin and flush toilet).

- Cooking facilities include a 2 burner stove top, microwave, crock pot, and outdoor barbecues.  Please prepare a   simple meal plan and bring enough food to last for your entire stay. Stores are few and far between.

- Larger groups can reserve the kitchen and dining area for preparing meals and seating together.

- Refrigerator/freezers are provided in the cabins. Extra freezer space is available in the main lodge if required. We   have ice for sale if you want to top up coolers.

- Canoes, kayaks and paddle boat are complimentary, but there is a fee for boat rentals.

- Cell phone service is very limited to none at all, depending on your provider.

- There is a little book nook. Exchange for your reading pleasure in the Lodge. You will also find a lot of board   games and toys for the kids.

- Children will enjoy our little beach area with sand and water toys. 

- Swimming is allowed off the end of the dock. You will find a ladder for getting in and out. (No diving)

- Parking is free at our gated parking lot off Smith's Bay Road, at Blairs Landing. We will provide a free shuttle to   the Island in our enclosed pontoon boat for guests who don't have their own boats or free docking for guests with personal boats. Please remember to call ahead for shuttle service.

- Our 1 acre Island is very private and unique but also has rugged paths and jagged rocks and is not easily   accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.
